Getting ready for the Texans game!
Getting ready for the Texans game!

Crystal and I are living in The Woodlands, TX with our beautiful one year old daughter, Cambrey. She is awesome and will be walking in the next week or so. I will graduate from The South Texas School of Law this December. Instead of practicing law, I plan to stay in private wealth management at Kanos Capital Management in Houston, TX. Also, because there was not enough going on in my life, I decided to compete in Ironman Texas, finishing the race in a little over 12 hours, making it my second full Ironman (Louisville, KY last year).

Rick teaches history and is the varsity boys basketball coach and varsity girls soccer coach at Trinity Episcopal School in Richmond. Rick led the Trinity basketball team to a 20-7 record, Prep League regular season championship, and their first state tournament appearance since 1997 during the 2011-2012 season (his first as varsity head coach).

Wellford C. Reed, Jr ’58

Lynn and I moved to Fleming Island, Florida in June to be closer to our 5 year old grandson in Jacksonville. I’m enjoying semi-retirement in the Eagle Harbor community, while continuing to serve two long-time accounts of Reed Advertising. In January I started “Your Life-Your Words, LLC” to document and record video oral histories for individuals who wish to tell their families about their lives. So far life stories have been produced for three WW2 vets: a D-Day Ranger; a bomber pilot who flew 56 missions; and a 92 year old Navy doctor.
