Military Attaches Visit UVA and Unit

AttacheVisitMilitary attaches assigned to the Pentagon from ten different countries were given a tour of grounds and the unit as part of a larger visit of Virginia, Nov 19. Foreign Flag officers of South Sudan, Norway, Hungary, Bolivia, Switzerland, Sweden, Ecuador, India, the Netherlands, and Czech Republic toured the many historical landmarks of the University of Virginia such as Thomas Jefferson’s Rotunda and the dorm room of poet Edgar Allen Poe. Several midshipmen also attended to facilitate the tour of the unit and campus and to field any questions of the attaches.
