Information for New Graduates

Congratulations on your graduation from the University of Virginia! You have made us all proud and best wishes for your next adventure!

The UVA community is always close at hand. We encourage you to continue building stronger bonds beyond Grounds and connect with the Asian and Asian Pacific American Alumni Network (AAPAAN) of the University of Virginia.

AAPAAN is one of University of Virginia’s largest national alumni organizations. Established in 1998, AAPAAN is dedicated to connecting Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) alumni to the UVA community and each other.

We organize networking and community building opportunities, advocate for AAPI communities on Grounds and host a range of social and public service events for AAPI alumni in the DC metro area and across the country.

We recently published our 2020-2021 Annual Report, which highlights our scholarship giving, programming, and financial summary from the past fiscal year. Please take a look to see what we’ve been up to!

Join our email list to receive our latest updates. We’re also on Facebook and LinkedIn.

To get involved with AAPAAN, or to just share your thoughts, please reach out to AAPAAN Chair, Rose Zu.

Sincerely,

The AAPAAN Board
