Frequently Asked Questions

We can’t wait to celebrate 115 years of St. Elmo Hall with you!

Tickets

No refunds permitted after 10/25/2023, no exceptions, no matter how compelling. Guarantees are given to the caterers on 10/26, and we are responsible for the costs whether you attend or not. Tickets are transferable if you’d like to donate your tickets to a 4th year. Please contact Lori Brannock, lolobrannock@mac.com.

Each event will require attendees to show their name badge or proof of ticket purchase. Security will be on site at each event to only allow pre-registered attendees to enter. Name badges will be available for pick up at each event except for the Late Night After Party Saturday. Late Night requires a custom wristband.

  • Elmo wristbands or Weekend Pass Lanyards are required for entry at Late Night, advance registration required, no tickets sold at the door; Late Night wristbands will be distributed at Farmington; if you are not attending the gala at Farmington, email Lori Brannock (lolobrannock@mac.com) and she will make sure you have a wristband before the Late Night After Party.

Attire

Saturday’s Gala at Farmington is semi-formal – jackets are required for men, similar attire for ladies. No frayed denim, no crop tops. Dress for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday morning events is casual. We encourage you to dress in a way that is comfortable as we will be both indoors and outdoors throughout the weekend. Fall weather in Virginia is unpredictable, so please plan for a variety of weather scenarios.

UVA vs Georgia Tech Football Game

Please contact the Virginia Ticket Office to purchase a ticket. Kickoff is at 2:00pm. All tickets are digital; download your tickets well in advance of arriving at Scott Stadium. UVA stadiums have a clear bag policy in effect.

  • We did not purchase a ticket block because the game time is not announced until 2 weeks prior and we don’t have enough reunion volunteers to manage football tickets. Please purchase through the UVA ticket office or a re-sale site.
