Malcolm is a Senior Vice President and partner with CBRE|Richmond where he is commercial real estate broker. His expertise in the commercial real estate field focuses on the leasing and sales of office and medical office assets. Malcolm advises both property owners and businesses on their real estate needs. Malcolm joined CBRE|Richmond in 2003 about a year after graduating from the University of Virginia.
Malcolm was born and raised in Richmond, VA and attended St. Christopher’s School. He grew up attending a variety of UVA athletic events and always dreamed of attending the University. His grandfather, father and sister all attend UVA and his grandfather, E. Fairfax Randolph, was a member of the St. Anthony Hall pledge class of 1933. Malcolm graduated with a Politics degree in 2002 and has continued to stay close to the University through his involvement with the St. Anthony Alumni Association and the College of Arts and Sciences Richmond Regional Board. Malcolm lives in Richmond with his wife, Emily, daughter Liv (4) and son Mac (2), both budding UVA fans.

Cody Tafel, CMT, CAIA is a Senior Equity Trader at Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley LLC, a Richmond, Virginia based registered investment advisor with over $10 Billion in assets under management. He serves as President of the Market Technicians Association Educational Foundation, and has taught technical analysis in the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond, as well as guest lectured at Penn State University, University of Virginia, and MTA Seminars.
Cody was previously the Director of Trading for Rapidan Capital LLC and also the head trader for Shockoe Capital Partners, a long/short equity hedge fund where he managed proprietary capital and began developing systematic trading programs. He is a member of the Market Technicians Association and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association. He earned his CMT designation in 2007 and CAIA designation in 2013, and holds a BA in economics from UVA.
Cody was born and raised in Louisville, KY and attended St. Xavier High School. He fell in love with UVA when he visited his junior year of high school, and actually stayed on that visit with family friend Hunter Louis in what would later be his own room at St. Anthony Hall. After also meeting Danny Van Clief and Charlie Wodehouse over Christmas in the Bahamas of his senior year in high school, accepting a bid from the Hall later the next year was an easy decision! He found his calling in the financial markets after taking Ken Elzinga’s and Ed Burton’s economics courses, and remains active in the UVA community as a founding committee member of the Excellence in Economics Campaign. Cody has lived in Richmond since graduation in 2002, where he resides with wife Emily (Theta ’02) and daughters Alice and Julia. They try to get back to Cville as much as possible!

Noah is currently Partner and Director of Investments for Canal Capital Management, a full service wealth management firm, & Managing Partner of Haxall Point Partners, an alternative investment manager. Prior to helping found Canal Capital, Noah was an analyst for a local boutique wealth management firm.
Noah graduated from the College in 2007. While at the University he was a four year member of the football team as both a place kicker and punter, earning UVA Athletic and ACC honor roll recognition. Noah was recruited to the University as a preferred walk-on, but received a full scholarship his final year for both on and off the field contributions to the university. Most recently, Noah served as a class giving agent for his 5 year reunion. Noah and his wife Muffy, also a UVA graduate, live in the City of Richmond with their two sons Perry (3) and Ollie (9 months).

Bo is currently a Strategy & Operations Analyst at Deloitte Consulting in Washington, DC, and works with clients in the Federal Government on strategic planning. He also currently lives with one of his pledge brothers, and a Hallie from the year above him.
Bo graduated from the College in 2013, majoring in Economics and Middle Eastern Languages and Literatures. While at the University, Bo was one of the Co-Chairs of the Class of 2013 Class Giving Campaign, and was involved in Madison House both as a Student Member of the Board and a Program Director in Athletics. In addition, Bo was on the Executive Board of the Inter Fraternity Council (IFC). Most importantly, his best memories are from 133 Chancellor, and he is excited to have his cousin as a goat. He finds every excuse to get back to Charlottesville as frequently as possible!
