Rebuilding the Connection – from the Bologna Society

Hello, Brothers. My name is Michael Amrhein (’89). I am the current President of the Bologna Society – our Alumni Association which owns McCormick Hall and oversees Zeta Chapter. I am presently the sole member of the group. I have been working tirelessly with Thomas Awad and Rant Huggins over the past four months to launch a comprehensive and multi-faceted alumni reconnection effort. We have identified a vital need to add more members to the Bologna Society to assist carrying out the long-term goals of the house, and most importantly – to stay competitive with other fraternities at the University. Its key responsibilities include managing the physical house, organizing reunions and alumni events, assisting with chapter financials, fund raising, and generally guiding the brotherhood as needed. I openly encourage any Brother with a desire to assist Zeta in any capacity to reach out to me about joining our board. We look forward to the reconnection of Actives and Alumni at events in the near future, but we need your help doing so. Regardless of your age, location, or occupation, we’d love to have you on the team – feel free to reach out to me at sellwithmike@gmail.com and copy House Manager Thomas Awad at tsa2re@virignia.edu. Hope to hear from you soon. AEKDB.
