Fifty years is a long time to be associated with any organization. 11 men joined our fraternity in the fall of 1974 and became life-long friends. Within the larger reunion weekend, we made a special effort to assemble everyone from the fall of 1974 to celebrate this milestone. With a little work, we were able to connect with everyone, and ultimately nine of us were able to join the weekend activities. Greg Deaver hosted a reception for the group at his home.
It was a great opportunity to tell stories and talk about our families and careers. At times it felt like we had set the clock back to the 1970’s. Fortunately, we have also acquired a little wisdom and maturity to go along with our brief trip back in time.
