With the start of the spring semester, the House & Grounds team has been busy with projects around the property. We recently installed a new dishwasher, washer, and dryer, while also completing some maintenance and repairs to the HVAC system. We have also renewed our lawn care service from previous years to keep the grounds looking good. We will be trimming down the size of the hedges by a couple of feet to return the property to how it looked right after the renovation. We also recently installed three new security cameras to ensure the security of the property and the residents.
The board also has plans for some larger projects to be completed over the summer when the house is more empty. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to 600 Preston Place soon.
