In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the University closure, the Alumni Corporation has taken steps to both support the current undergraduate brothers and protect the financial future of the chapter. As the University closed and students were encouraged to head home, the alumni board voted to provide $8,375 in rent relief to the undergraduate brothers. The board will continue to work closely with the current chapter members this coming fall to plan as the University (hopefully) reopens on Grounds.

The Alumni Corporation retains a limited reserve of emergency funds for hardship or crisis, such as we are facing now with the pandemic. The board is also exploring temporary reduction of regular expenses and has received a three-month deferral of payments from our mortgage lender. The board will continue to monitor the situation and react accordingly to keep the Alumni Corporation in healthy standing for the future. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions at all!
