Please click this link to register for the weekend. Included in this form is another link through which you can make a contribution to the House to cover food, drink and other expenses for the Friday night tailgate, Saturday networking event, Saturday night reunion at the House, and Sunday brunch. The suggested donation for the event is $35 per attendee. If your circumstances allow, please consider paying an additional amount to support the weekend and the operations of the House.

The agenda for this weekend is as follows:

Friday, November 2:

  • 6:00 – 7:15 PM – Tailgate for the UVA vs. Pittsburgh football game at brothers’ parking spots (East Lot A) at Scott Stadium
  • 7:30 PM – UVA vs. Pittsburgh football game (make sure to purchase your tickets!)
  • ~10:00 PM – Active brothers will be going out to celebrate Halloween weekend (costumes encouraged!)

Saturday, November 3: (updated 10/30/2018)

  • 12:00 – 5:00 PM – First Annual Theta Delta Chi Nu Charge Career Networking Event at CitySpace, 100 5th St NE.
  • Attire is business casual.
  • Parking available at the Market Street Garage, at 546 E Market St, free for the first hour.
  • 12:00 – 12:15 PM – Lunch (provided) and settle in
    12:15 – 12:45 PM – Keynote Speaker (Mark Moran)
    12:45 – 1:30 PM – Panel on Career Transitions
    1:30 – 1:45 PM – 15-minute break (snacks and caffeine will be provided)
    1:45 – 2:25 PM – Two 20 minute workshop sessions (three workshops: LinkedIn, Resume, and Interview workshops will be conducted at the same time, attendees choose two of the workshops to attend): 10 minutes general advice, 10 minutes Q&A
    2:25 – 2:40 PM – 15-minute break (snacks and caffeine will be provided)
    2:40 – 3:25 PM – Panel on Starting a Business
    3:25 – 3:40 PM – Thank you and Conclusion
  • 3:45 – 5:00 PM- Networking Happy Hour at the Charlottesville Draft Taproom across the street
  • 5:00 – 8:00 PM – Dinner at places of your own choosing
  • 8:30 PM – Theta Delta Chi Nu Charge Reunion at the House, 1811 Lambeth Lane
    • Drinks will be provided

Sunday, November 4:

  • 11:00 AM – Brunch at brother Pete Lyons’ house (3660 Colston Drive, Charlottesville, VA 22903)
    • Food and refreshments will be provided
    • If weather permits, brunch will be outside and we can use the pool (bring your bathing suits!)
