We would like to remind you that Alumni Weekend will be happening this upcoming weekend from Friday, November 3rd–Sunday, November 5th. Please register through this form, and contact me directly if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.
This year’s Alumni Weekend promises to be a more relaxed and informal affair compared to past events. Nevertheless, we are eagerly looking forward to welcoming all of you, drawing wisdom from your prior experiences, and fostering stronger connections within our Brotherhood.
Our plan for Alumni Weekend will be the following:
Friday, November 3
Alumni Welcome Back to the House
- Time: 7 p.m.–10 p.m.
- Place: 1811 Lambeth Lane
- Description: The Brotherhood has arranged a networking event aimed at fortifying the connections between our current members and our Alumni. Beginning at approximately 8:30 pm, the Undergraduates will deliver a comprehensive presentation encompassing updates on the current state of the house, the trajectory that the Nu Charge is following this year, and the milestones achieved this semester. Food and beverages will be provided for all in attendance.
- Dress Code: Casual
Saturday, November 4
Football Tailgate – A Huge Thank You to Brother Brian Stanmeyer’s Family!
- Time: 12 p.m.–2 p.m.
- Place: St Thomas Aquinas Church Parking Lot 401 Alderman Rd, Charlottesville, VA 22903
- Description: Join us for a tailgate, featuring lawn games, beverages, and delicious food. Celebrate our anticipated triumph over the Yellowjackets
UVA vs. Georgia Tech Football Game
- Time: 2 p.m.–5 p.m.
- Place: Scott Stadium
- Tickets can be purchased through the Virginia Ticket Office.
Bar Hopping on the Corner
- Time: 6 p.m.–9 p.m.
- Popular options include: Coupes, The Biltmore, Boylan Heights, and Trinity Irish Pub
Sunday, November 5
Alumni Send-Off at the House
- Time: 10 a.m.–12 p.m.
- Place: 1811 Lambeth Lane
- Description: As our Alumni prepare to depart and return to their respective homes, the Undergraduates would like to bid you farewell with this optional gathering! Snacks and beverages will also be provided.
