Thank you for another wonderful year! It was such a joy working with each and every one of you, and we greatly appreciate the feedback from those who completed our volunteer survey last month. We hope to see many of you during Reunions this June!
As we head into the last few months of this fiscal year, we wanted to send some helpful reminders as we begin to wrap things up. Please pay close attention to the dates as summarized below, and continue reading to review the FY22 contract wrap-up and FY23 contract launch process. We also have an important departmental announcement below; please read and join us in wishing Travis all the best in his next venture!
- May 1, 2022 – FY22 contract payment due (if not already paid)
- June 1, 2022 – FY23 planning form submission due
- June 30, 2022 – FY23 contract execution deadline; final day of FY22
- July 1, 2022 – FY23 begins
- August 31, 2022 – FY23 contract payment due
FY22 Contract Wrap-Up
Your FY22 contract balance MUST be paid by May 1, 2022, in order to renew for FY23.
To pay by UVA Fund transfer, simply reply to this message with your UVA Fund account information and our staff will assist.

FY23 Contracts
Complete this Planning Form by Wednesday, June 1, 2022.
The form is intended to: 1) provide a framework for developing plans for the upcoming year, and 2) to ascertain, roughly, what those plans and ambitions are so our staff can be positioned to support you through actionable support and timely reminders.
This form is NOT intended to be used as a formal request for support – we’re simply looking to gather information on what your needs may be during the coming year; however, please be as specific as possible with your responses.
The Planning Form must be completed prior to renewing services for FY23. Our team will send you a service contract for FY23 through DocuSign after the planning form has been completed and any/all outstanding balances have been paid.
New contracts must be fully executed by COB Thursday, June 30, 2022, to be considered active on July 1, 2022, when the new fiscal-year begins. Services may be paused on July 1, 2022, if the FY22 balance is delinquent and/or the FY23 contract has not been executed.
The FY23 contract payment due date will also be moved up to August 31, 2022. Please keep this in mind as we begin the new fiscal-year as it is different from that of previous years.

AIG Team Updates
After more than five years of dedicated work, Travis Robertson will be moving on from his position at the Alumni Association. We are so thankful for his leadership, insight, and humor that fostered both a positive work environment and numerous relationships throughout the alumni community. His last day will be Friday, April 8. Feel free to reach out and share your well wishes in the meantime.
Travis, we will miss you, and we hope this next chapter brings you nothing but the best!
Though we will be experiencing some transitions, our team will gladly assist with any questions or concerns you may have as we begin both a new fiscal year and an updated contract process.
