Alumni Update: Since 2003, I have served as Director of Communications and Assistant County Manager of Arlington, Virginia. It’s a great job because what I do every day helps real people in very real ways — from helping them find information/services to saving lives and keeping people safe.
My commute is awesome — I walk to work! My husband and I love to travel and of late, we have been exploring more remote destinations. We love to travel and it’s always wonderful to return home.
It’s been my privilege to remain active in the University community — I’ve served on the U.Va Alumni Association Board of Managers, and I’m currently serving on the AAPAAN Board and the Alumni Diversity Advisory Council. Plenty of reasons to visit C’ville. Wahoo-wah!
