Accommodations
Visit the Charlottesville Visitor’s Bureau website to review local options and make a reservation. We encourage alumni to book early, as accommodations are in high demand in the spring.
Attire
Spring weather in Virginia is unpredictable, so please plan for a variety of weather scenarios. Additionally, indoor locations are air-conditioned, please bring a jacket, shawl, or sweater to ensure you stay comfortable.

Tickets for AAPAAN’s first annual Asian Alumni Weekend are currently on sale! Tickets can be purchased in advance of the event with this link.
Your ticket includes access to 5+ events throughout the weekend as well as food and beverage during the Banquet Dinner.
Early Bird Pricing
- General Admission: $20/ticket
- Young Alumni (2014-2024): $10/ticket
- Current Undergraduate Students: Free
- Child (Under 18): Free
Regular Pricing
- General Admission: $35/ticket
- Young Alumni (2014-2024): $25/ticket
- Current Undergraduate Students: Free
