Charlottesville, VA, November 4, 2016; The Virginia Alpha Chapter of Phi Kappa Psi is pleased the jury held Rolling Stone and Sabrina Erdely responsible for the defamatory story they published about Nicole Eramo, our fraternity, and the University of Virginia. We look forward to presenting our case in court in 2017 to receive justice for the damage caused by their irresponsible actions.
