On Monday, October 16, 2023, the second floor HVAC roof unit was replaced after 19-years. The kitchen lot was cleared, and preparations were made to swing the new equipment into place. The brothers were delighted to know that it will be a warm winter in the house and clamored for “crane rides” on seeing the reach of the machine. Certainly, the brothers are never short of a sense of humor.
