George B. Bolton ’85

Frank M.cLaughlin, Jr. ’59

Recently retired with more than 50 years’ service with and supporting the United States Government. Served in USAF from 1962 – 1983, retiring as a LtCol, as an Air / Weapons Controller and Computer Scientist serving in Texas, Mississippi, New Jersey, Germany, Vietnam, Colorado, Virginia, and California. Was a contractor with Hughes Aircraft Co., Northrop Grumman, and CACI, in support of the US Government from 1983 to 2012 supporting sales of US military equipment to friendly foreign governments, traveling to more than 12 foreign nations. In 2015, following the passing of my dear wife Karlene, moved from San Diego to the Los Angeles area – Thousand Oaks – to be nearer my children and grandchildren.

James Boyd Page ’70

James Boyd Page, Commerce ’70, Law ’73, passed away on June 17, 2013.  While at the University, Mr. Page was a starting linebacker on the Cavalier football team, a lawn resident, and a member of the Zeta Psi Fraternity. Mr. Page was the founding partner of the Atlanta, Georgia firm of Page Perry, LLC and was a nationally recognized expert in the field of investors’ rights. He is survived by his widow, Patti, and his son, Jay.
