Fall Weekend Registration
We hope you’ll join us in Charlottesville from the evening of Friday, September 20 – the afternoon of Sunday, September 22, 2024, for the major milestone of QVA’s 25th annual Fall Weekend!
Last year we were joined by over 100 alumni, students, faculty, and staff, and we are excited to once again celebrate the people who make LGBTQ+ progress possible as we forge ahead towards a truly inclusive University.

Schedule of Events:
Friday, September 20
- Welcome reception: ~6-7pm, UVA LGBTQ Center, Newcomb Hall
- Wine tasting + history of Virginia Wine with Erin Scala: ~7-9pm, The Rotunda
Saturday, September 21
- Curated set of optional Charlottesville activities during the day to be announced
- Awards Gala Cocktails and Dinner: 5:30-9pm, Omni Hotel, Downtown Mall
Sunday, September 22
- Mayes Award Winner brunch and farewell: 11:30am-1:00pm, Downtown Mall
