A few pictures of the recently completed landscaping in front of the house attached. The landscaping was installed in time for Parents Weekend.
Also included is the architectural drawing of our plans for the new terrace/outdoor area behind the house. This attractive, larger space is designed to provide more room for gatherings and parties and to accommodate a 40×40 foot tent when needed for events and parties. A permanently installed basketball hoop will replace the old one currently mounted on the side of the house. Link to the plans here.
We hope this, and the addition of new doors from the downstairs party room to the terrace, will accomplish one of our main goals of drawing more activity to this area and helping to reduce wear and tear on the upstairs.
