Restoration Project Completion
With some minor tasks remaining, work on the third and final phase of the three year house restoration is complete.
The focus of this last phase has been construction of the new terrace and related work. This phase has had numerous University, power company and construction hurdles and challenges over the last 12 months. The major hurdle this summer however has been the weather. We lost weeks of time due to lots of rain and related rescheduling issues with contractors and projects.
Phil has exercised determination, diplomacy, and devoted a great amount of time pulling everything together.
The photos below document the progress of work this summer.
We will have the remaining tasks, including landscaping, completed in time for the big weekend the end of this month.
