We greatly enjoyed celebrating the incredible accomplishments of deserving student scholarship winners, highlighting the tireless work of our alumni, faculty, and staff award winners, and building lifelong connections and friendships. We are also conscious that with UVA’s growing LGBTQ+ population and societal headwinds, it’s critical for us to keep focused on doing more and doing better for our community.
Please join us for another wonderful weekend of festivities on October 6-8, 2023. The Thomas Jefferson Foundation has generously agreed to move forward our contract for Montalto, where our promise of a celebration under the stars will finally come true. See you on the mountaintop.
In the meantime, please consider donating to help us further our mission. Funds can be attributed to our flexible Operating Fund, or to scholarships specifically via the Wavelength Fund.
Yours,
The Board of Directors for QVA, the University of Virginia’s Queer Alumni Network
