Xi Chapter Annual Giving Program – To Protect and Preserve
The purpose of our Annual Giving program is to preserve and improve the House by providing funds for capital improvements to the house and grounds.
Although we have one of the finest facilities at the University, our house was built over 100 years ago and requires maintenance and improvements for safety, appearance, and infrastructure. In addition, we must ensure that all capital projects preserve the historic integrity of the house.
Following the renovation of Theta Chi, completed in 2013, we launched a 5-year Annual Fund to protect that recent investment, and to take on new projects outside the scope of the renovation. We closed the Annual Fund at the end of 2018. Our new Annual Giving program is an important initiative to ensure we can continue to improve Theta Chi in the years to come.
Please help us ensure that we are on a solid financial footing in the years to come.
