Zeta Psi Restoration Update (9)

The attached picture file illustrates the good progress we are making on the primary summer restoration projects.
Complete restoration, replacement of all plastering and the fireplace mantel in the Party Room, is progressing on schedule. Rotten sections of floors are being replaced with new wood flooring throughout the first floor public rooms and bedrooms.
Landscape restoration in front of the house is progressing with new grass replacing the compacted barren earth, mud and weeds. The recently planted new boxwoods and shrubs are doing well.
Removal of all the old flooring in the basement is complete, and installation of new durable, attractive flooring will begin shortly.
